It's Alfred Jodocus Kwak, a yellow duck from a Dutch/Japanese TV show. He's smiling with his orange beak, he has a pink/red scarf around his neck. And there are a few stray hairs sticking out of the back of his head.

It's Alfred Jodocus Kwak. It's a TV show from when I was younger, but my son loves to watch the show as well. I just wanted to draw Alfred. It's a very quick sketch, but I like the end result.
