Printing a washi bin for the gridfinity system

I've been meaning to get started on Gridfinity. It's going to be costly, but hopefully bring peace and organisation in this mess I call my craft corner.

I have several ALEX drawer units, including a wide one on castors. I keep that one in my craft corner, and it has had washi tape in it for years. I love me some washi. But things can get messy, especially when I want to take out a few rolls. The weight from all that washi has made the bottom plates of the drawers a bit bendy, and so every time I take something out, the rest rolls towards the middle. Because gravity. I am tired of this. And I have been doing some research with regards to gridfinity. There are several options for washi tape too. Woohoo!

So we've been printing the actual grid for a while now. We need to fill 6 wide drawers. That's a lot of filament. And now it's time for the first bin.

Hubby downloaded some STL files and edited them to suit my needs. So here we go! First one is currently printing. I'm very excited. 😍
