It happened again. I was upset again (and rightfully so if you ask me).
The Happy Planner recently announced their 2026 planner line-up. As always, Disney planners galore. I gave up on the idea of ever owning a Disney Happy Planner, not gonna lie.
This really upset me last year when I saw the Nightmare Before Christmas planners. I was so in love.
But this year they also announced a whole Gilmore Girls line! What?! Of course I wanted to have a Gilmore Girls planner! As a teen of the same age as Rory at the time, I practically grew up alongside her. I watched the show's final moments during my first pregnancy. And it has always been a favourite. Gilmore Girls is one of my go to shows. I was so happy to see a Gilmore Girls collection!
Until... Yup, you guessed it, until I wanted to add it to my cart, and it said it could not be shipped outside of the US and Canada.
AGAIN!
Why Happy Planner? Why? Seriously. I mean. I don't necessarily get it with Disney either, but Disney aside, I was hopeful I could at least get this one. But nope.
As always, the shops in Europe selling Happy Planners are few and far in between. And they also do not carry the licensed planners.
I did notice someone offered the planner in my own country. They ordered two so they could split the shipping. But they claimed it wouldn't come in until the end of November, and you had to pay upfront. I can imagine the marketplace will not offer buyer's protection if the seller then decides to not send the planner by the end of November. It wasn't a risk I was willing to take.
I might check it out later and see if the listing is still up in October. But I'm not counting on it.
By now the planner has also sold out by the way.
