It's Rosie's character in Disney Dreamlight Valley. She is kneeling to pet her scary squirrel companion pet, whilst wearing a full night thorn outfit, including wings and onyx crown. Rosie and her companion are in the Forgotten Lands, and behind them is a lot of magical furniture such as pumpkin lights and thorny bed.
